Magazine Customization Terms

Service Description Blackline Armory offers professional magazine customization services including engraving, custom patterns, and other tactical modifications. By purchasing this service, you agree to the following terms.

Customer Responsibilities

  • You must ship your magazine(s) securely to our facility at 6490 Brownsville Rd, Lithia Springs, GA 30122
  • You are responsible for all shipping costs to our facility
  • You must include your order number with your shipment
  • You confirm that you legally own the magazine(s) being customized
  • You confirm you are legally permitted to possess the magazine(s) in your jurisdiction

Our Service Commitment

  • We will confirm receipt of your magazine(s) within 2 business days of arrival
  • Standard turnaround time is 1-2 weeks from receipt
  • Return shipping is included in your service fee
  • We will notify you at key milestones (received, started, completed, shipped)

Custom Work Policy

  • All custom work is non-refundable once started
    • customization permanently alters your magazine
  • Design changes cannot be made once work has begun
  • We reserve the right to refuse service if the requested customization is unsafe, illegal, or beyond our capabilities
  • Minor variations in color, finish, or pattern may occur and are considered normal

Liability & Disclaimers

  • We are not responsible for magazines damaged or lost in transit to our facility
  • We exercise reasonable care but are not liable for pre-existing defects or damage
  • Maximum liability is limited to the service fee paid (does not include magazine value)
  • You assume all responsibility for legal compliance in your jurisdiction
  • We are not responsible for functionality issues with magazines after customization

Damage & Issues

  • Inspect your customized magazine within 48 hours of delivery
  • Report any issues or concerns within 48 hours - claims after this period may not be honored
  • We will work with you to resolve legitimate quality concerns on a case-by-case basis

Turnaround Time

  • Standard service: 1-2 weeks from receipt
  • Delays may occur due to material availability, complexity, or unforeseen circumstances
  • We will notify you of any significant delays

Cancellations

  • You may cancel before we receive your magazine for a full refund
  • Once we receive your magazine, cancellations are subject to a 25% restocking fee
  • No cancellations or refunds once customization work has started

Legal Compliance

  • You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local laws
  • We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason
  • You must be 18+ years of age to use this service
